You come out from Bogotá by the way that leads to La Calera and you get to a neighborhood called San Luis. When you cross the first speed reducers there is a turning to the right, there you can ask for the path that leads to the antennas. You keep going up and going to the right most of the time. You can park at a small shop that you will find there.
